Im a bit confused about how the home test works. Like once you conceive, does the hcg always show up in urine or only after some days? I tested very early and it was negative so now im wondering. Can someone explain pls.
My doctor said hcg only starts after the embryo implants, which is a few days after conception, not immediately. So early on the urine level may be too low for the kit to catch. Thats why testing after a missed period gives a clearer result.
Not right away. It builds up after implantation and doubles every couple of days. Test too early and even if you are pregnant the kit may say negative.
I tested 3 days after and it was negative, I panicked thinking somethings wrong. Then a week later it was positive. So it really does take time to show, anyone else had this?
