Everyone in my family keeps telling me to walk daily, but my mom says dont walk too much in early months. Im 9 weeks and honestly confused now. Does it really have any effect? anyone with experience?
For most it helps, but in my case i had a low placenta so my gynac told me to limit walking for some weeks. So please confirm with your own doctor first, dont assume.
Walking doesnt harm a healthy pregnancy beta, it actually helps. Just listen to your body, dont walk till you are breathless. If anything feels off, sit down and rest.
Arre walking is good na, dont stress too much about it. Just comfy shoes and slow pace. If doc said rest then obviously skip it, otherwise enjoy your walk.
Walking is honestly one of the best things if your doctor has cleared you. I did 20-30 min slow walks daily and it kept me active and helped with digestion. Just dont overdo and avoid if your gynac asked for rest.
I walked till the end and i genuinely feel it helped my normal delivery. Nothing intense, just relaxed walks in the evening. But everyone is different so go by what your doc says.
