Im just 2 months along so barely showing and i still fit into my old jeans, but they do feel a bit snug. Worried if wearing tight pants can harm the baby somehow. Probably silly but it keeps bugging me.
No real harm to the pregnancy, but loose comfortable clothing is better for blood flow and your own ease. As the bump grows tight clothes just arent practical. Comfort over style for these months.
Practically speaking, tight jeans just become annoying as you grow, not dangerous. I bought a couple of belly band style maternity jeans for office, comfy and still looked decent. Save the skinny ones for after.
Arre it wont actually affect the baby yaar, but trust me tight jeans feel like a torture device by month 4. Go for stretchy waist ones, so much more comfy.
Tight jeans wont harm the baby, the baby is well cushioned inside. But they get uncomfortable fast and can worsen acidity and circulation. I switched to maternity pants and never looked back.
