I think im about 5 weeks and noticed more white discharge than usual these days. Its making me a little anxious since its my first time. Is this a normal early pregnancy thing or should i be checking with doc?
Very common. Mild milky white discharge with no bad smell or itching is normal in early pregnancy due to hormones. But if it turns yellow, greenish, smelly, or causes itching or burning, then check with your gynac, could be infection.
Normal white discharge is fine, but just keep an eye on it. If you ever see blood, brownish or pink discharge, or it comes with cramps, dont wait, call your doctor. For plain white though, no need to panic.

Yes maa, this is quite normal in early pregnancy na. Just keep yourself clean and dry, wear cotton. If there is itching or odour then tell your doctor, otherwise it is nothing to worry about.
