Honestly the basic dos are eat balanced, take folic acid and iron, rest, stay lightly active and never miss check ups. The donts are alcohol, smoking, raw foods and self medicating. Your gynac usually gives a proper sheet at the first visit too.
I downloaded a pregnancy app that had week by week dos and donts, really handy. It even sent reminders for tests. Better than a random pdf because its tailored to your weeks.
