Just entered my 5th month and feeling much better now than start. Want to know what things i should be careful about at this stage, kaam, travel, food etc. pls share ur experience.
Practically speaking, this is the golden trimester. Do focus on calcium and iron intake as baby's bones are developing. Don't sit or stand for too long without breaks, and make sure you do your routine scans on time.
I'm also in my 5th month now! I was told to sleep only on my left side and avoid lifting heavy things. Are you guys also feeling baby kicks now or is it still too early?
Listen, 5th month is the best time because morning sickness is gone. Do eat nutritious food and stay active with light walks. Don't carry heavy buckets, don't sleep on your back, and absolutely don't skip your anomaly scan!
Do: eat all your favorite foods because the nausea is gone! Don't: Google every small ache and pain or you will go crazy. Just enjoy this bump phase before it gets super heavy!
In my 5th month, my MIL was very strict about not bending forward and eating soaked almonds daily. She also told me to walk slowly and avoid heavy chores, which was actually quite helpful!
