Just entered my 6th month and want to be a bit careful about everything now. My MIL keeps telling me one thing aur internet says another, so im confused. What all should i do and avoid at this stage? pls share from ur experience.
Yes, absolutely keep moving and stay active, par regular checkups miss mat karna. Mera thyroid normal range se bahar chala gaya tha 6th month me, so blood tests and doctor follow-ups are a big 'Do' for me. Bas har month doc ko dikhate raho aur healthy home-cooked khana khao.

6th month is the sweet spot, honestly! Ek do toh is time pe bas achhi neend le lo, because once babies come, you can forget sleep. With my twins, I was running around but trust me, heavy dusting and lifting are a big fat NO. Bas footstool use karo, pair upar karke baitho and eat whatever you digest easily!
Honestly, standard lists are okay, but har pregnancy alag hoti hai. My gynac at Cloudnine gave me a proper printed booklet for do's and don'ts in the second trimester, so I just stuck to that. Aap bhi apne next visit pe hospital staff ya doctor se clearly ek guide mang lo, they explain it best.
Uff, enjoy this month while it lasts, kyunki 3rd trimester me toh breathing is a luxury, haha! Mera 6th month was so much better, bas walking continue rakho aur acidity trigger karne wali cheezein avoid karo. Aur haan, no bending down frequently, unless u want to look like a struggling penguin like me right now!
