First pregnancy here and honestly everyone at ghar is telling me different different things. saas says one thing, mummy says another. just want a simple list of what to actually follow, getting bohot confused yaar.
I tracked everything on my apps, and the biggest do is staying hydrated and walking daily. The ultimate don't is self-medicating or eating raw papaya. Keep checking your weekly tracker, it helps a lot!
Between office and home, I kept it simple: eat small meals, sleep on your left, and don't skip your folic acid. Don't stress over minor restrictions, just balance your schedule and take micro-breaks at work.
Beta, always eat warm, freshly cooked food and avoid cold or stale things during these months. For mild gas or acidity, a little warm water with saunf works wonders. Stay happy and rest well.
I'm in my 5th month now and constantly getting confused between what my mother says and what google says! Can anyone share if tea/coffee is totally off limits or a little bit is okay?
Every pregnancy is totally different, so please make a list of do's and don'ts from your doctor. What is safe for one might not be safe for you. Always call your gynac if you are unsure about any food or activity.
Ghar pe meri saas ne bohot saare do's and don'ts ki list di thi, like no papaya and no heavy work. I just followed those basic things along with what my gynac said to keep everyone happy.
Honestly, just keep moving if you're feeling active, that really helped me with my normal delivery later. Don't lift heavy weights though. Just listen to your body and eat fresh ghar ka khana.
