Bit off topic from the usual stuff here haha. Im on maternity break and thinking about starting something small from home, just curious how companies actually come up with their new ideas. Anyone here did something similar during their leave?
I think this question landed in the wrong group yaar, this is a pregnancy community. But if you mean ideas, usually brainstorming and team discussions bring them out. You might get better answers on a work or business forum.
Haha I think the search took a funny turn, this is a mommy group not a startup one. Conceiving babies we can help with, conceiving ideas not so much. Try a business community for that one na.
