This might sound silly but my husband and i had a small argument about it and i couldnt explain properly. Just genuinely curious how this works biologically. Anyone can explain in simple words?

When we were learning about all this, basically the woman is the one who conceives and carries. The man provides the sperm and thats his biological role. If theres a fertility question for the couple, a doctor checks both partners though.
A man cant get pregnant, he doesnt have a uterus to carry a baby. Only a woman can carry a pregnancy. The man contributes his part for conception, but the baby grows in the woman.
Ha, if men could get pregnant i think the world would be very different. But no, biologically they cant, no womb. They just have to do the running around for cravings at 2am instead.
