How can i clean my private part during pregnancy?

Im in my second trimester and theres thoda more discharge than before, so im not sure how to keep that area clean properly now. Dont wanna use anything harsh. What do u all do down there during pregnancy?

Actually doctor ne mujhe strict instruction diya tha ki no vaginal washes or scented soaps, they mess up the pH level. Clean it with warm water from front to back only. Douching absolutely avoid karna, it increases risk of infections during pregnancy.
