How can i increase my hemoglobin during pregnancy?
My last report showed hb is on the lower side and gynac said i need to bring it up. Im 5 months along. Apart from the iron tablets, what foods actually helped u ladies? mujhe ghar ke nuskhe bhi chahiye if any.
