Beta, in our time people tried these salt or sugar urine tricks but honestly none of them are reliable. They can give wrong result and just confuse you more. Please buy a simple kit from the medical store, it costs very little.
Honestly there is no real home method without a kit that works. Those internet tricks have zero science. A proper kit or a blood test at lab is the only accurate way, and a blood test confirms even earlier.
I get wanting to save money, but a home kit is barely 50 to 100 rupees at any chemist. The salt and toothpaste home methods are not accurate at all. Spend that small amount, it is worth knowing for sure.
