My periods are a little irregular so im not fully sure when exactly it happened. Trying to figure out the conception date roughly. How did u all calculate it, by LMP ya scan?
I also tried calculating my conception date but it is so confusing! Does it start from the day we had relation or the ovulation day? If anyone has a simple way to figure this out, please share.
You can easily calculate it using pregnancy tracker apps! Just enter your last period date (LMP) and average cycle length, and the app will estimate your conception date and weekly progress instantly. It is so convenient.
During my early scans, the doctor adjusted my due date slightly based on the baby's growth. I eventually had a planned C-section. Let the doctor's ultrasound report guide you on the dates rather than guessing.
I think it is usually calculated from the first day of your last period, even if conception happened later. It is a bit tricky to know the exact date. Hope you get a positive result very soon!
Actually, don't worry too much about calculating it yourself. The dating ultrasound scan done around 8-12 weeks gives the most accurate due date and conception estimate. Save your money and just get that basic scan done.
