My doctor explained that ectopic is when the pregnancy implants outside the uterus, usually the tube. Warning signs can be one sided severe pain, shoulder tip pain, dizziness or abnormal bleeding. An early scan and blood tests are how they detect it, so early checkups matter.

I had an ectopic and the signs for me were sharp one sided pain and some bleeding early on. It really needs a doctor and a scan to confirm, you can't tell from home. Please don't delay seeing a gynac if you feel strong pain on one side.
