We just started trying this month and honestly i feel a bit clueless about the whole timing thing. Im trying to understand the basics better. Pls share what worked for you, would really help.
The simplest thing is tracking ur fertile days, which are around ovulation, roughly the middle of ur cycle. Those few days are when chances are highest. If its taking time, a doctor can guide u with the right timing.
For me it took longer because of PCOS, so my cycles were irregular and tracking was tricky. If u have any cycle issues, please see a gynac early, they can really help. Dont stress comparing to others, every body is different.
Knowing ur ovulation window is the main thing, plus a healthy lifestyle and folic acid. If u dont conceive after a few months of trying, a gynac visit is the smart next step. They give proper personalised advice.
I started using an ovulation app to figure out my fertile window, it really helped me understand my cycle. Was so clueless before honestly. Anyone else found tracking made a difference?
We just got married and trying too. From what my doctor told me, the days around ovulation matter most. Taking folic acid and staying relaxed also helps she said.
