Just found out im pregnant, barely 5 weeks. My saas keeps telling me dont lift, dont travel, dont do this dont do that and honestly im confused how much is too much. What did u all actually avoid in the start?
I felt so fragile during my first few weeks, like even sneezing would affect the baby. I used to lie down all day out of fear. Looking back, I realize our bodies are much stronger than we think, we just need to avoid heavy work.
Haha, don't worry, you don't need to walk like you're carrying a glass bowl! Just avoid lifting heavy buckets and skipping on stairs. Eat normal ghar ka khana and enjoy the extra attention from your hubby!
Beta, bas thoda dhyan rakho. Zyada bhari saman mat uthana aur seedhiyan aaram se chadhna. Ghar pe sabka kehna mano aur achha khana khao, sab theek hoga.
Early pregnancy can feel like walking on eggshells, I completely understand that anxiety. Just take things easy, avoid heavy lifting or strenuous chores, and follow whatever your doctor advises. Your body is doing something beautiful, just trust it.
Just be careful about raw papaya, pineapple, and outside food that might cause infection. Rest of the time, I just focused on what delicious things my heart wanted to eat! Obviously, no heavy weight lifting though.
