Read about it somewhere and now im a little tension since my hands itch at night. Not sure if its just dry skin or something serious. How often does this actually happen in pregnancy?

Haan, this is actually a known condition but not super common for everyone. Agar extreme itching ho rahi hai specifically hands aur feet pe, toh direct doctor ko batao na. Bilkul ignore mat karna, tests hote hain iske.
It's not extremely common but it does happen to some women, usually in the third trimester. If you have severe itching on your palms and soles, don't wait for internet answers. Go straight to your doctor and get your LFT blood test done.
It's actually a bit rare, but some of my friends had it. If you are itching like crazy, especially at night, just go to your gynac, yaar. They will do a simple blood test and give medicine, don't ignore it.
