I just found out im pregnant, maybe 5 weeks. They feel so sore and heavy and a little tingly, never felt like this before. Curious what other changes to expect in these first weeks.
My amma said the soreness is just the body preparing for feeding, and my gynac confirmed it is normal. Wearing soft cotton bras helped me a lot. If you ever feel a hard lump though, do show your doctor.
For me they got so sore and heavy in the first weeks, even hugging hurt. I felt them get fuller too and the area around nipple got darker. It was actually one of my first signs before the test.
Mine became really tender and tingly early on, did anyone else feel like that? I keep wondering if it is normal that they feel so sensitive. Glad to know I am not the only one.
Soreness, fullness, darker nipples, sometimes visible veins, all very common early. Get a good comfy bra one size up, it makes a big difference. Both times mine changed within the first month itself.
