Im 9 weeks and honestly i just keep worrying ki sab theek hai ya nahi. No big symptoms most days so my mind goes to bad places. How do you all stay assured that everything is fine in between scans?
Honestly the best signs are simple ones. Steady weight gain, baby moving regular after 5 months, and your scans coming normal. If your gynac is happy at each visit, you are doing fine. Dont go searching too much online, it only scares us.
Beta dont stress over this. Eat properly, sleep, take your iron and folic, and go for every appointment. Your body and your gynac will tell you if something needs attention. Just keep going one month at a time.
First of all it's so normal to keep asking this, I did too. For me the reassurance came from the sonography reports and listening to the heartbeat. If anything ever feels off like spotting or no movement, then call doc, otherwise you are probably doing great.
I used to worry about this every single day in my first pregnancy. What helped me was just trusting my checkups. Once I felt those little kicks I felt so much calmer, like ok baby is really there and okay.
My doctor told me the main things she watches are baby's heartbeat, growth on the ultrasound, and my BP and sugar levels. As long as these are in range and you have no bleeding or severe pain, things are usually going well. She said no news at checkup is good news basically.
