If ur pregnancy is normal then sex is generally fine throughout, no need to search videos and all. Just go for positions that are comfortable and dont put weight on belly. If ur doctor has told u to avoid it for any reason, then listen to that first.
Instead of relying on random videos online, honestly its best to just ask ur own gynac whats safe for ur case. For most low risk pregnancies its okay, but with conditions like low placenta or bleeding they may advise against it. Ur doctor knows ur situation.
Just be a bit careful, in my case the doctor asked us to avoid it for a few weeks because of spotting. So please confirm with ur gynac before assuming its safe, it really depends on each pregnancy.
Dont stress too much about finding videos yaar. As long as doc says ur pregnancy is normal, intimacy is okay, just keep it gentle and comfy. Talk openly with ur partner about what feels fine.
