This is my first time, period 4 din late ho gaya hai and im so nervous. I bought a strip from medical but honestly pata nahi kab karna hai, morning urine se ya kabhi bhi? Pls koi simple steps bata do, mujhe darr lag raha hai galat kar dungi.
