I also had PCOS so testing was always stressful because of irregular periods. Best is to use the morning first urine on the test strip and wait for exactly 3-5 mins, not more. Don't lose hope even if it's negative this time, PCOS makes it tricky.

Oh my god, I remember how my hands were shaking while doing this! Make sure u don't drink too much water before testing otherwise it can dilute the urine and give a false negative. Check the lines carefully within 5 mins, sometimes there's a faint line which is so confusing.
