Honestly there's no real way to choose, it's nature, the dad's side decides and it's basically chance. All those timing and diet tricks online have no proof. I have one of each and trust me, a healthy baby is the real win. Dont stress yourself chasing this.

Beta I'd gently say dont go down this road, there's no method that actually works and it only brings pressure. Whatever baby comes is a blessing. Focus on a healthy pregnancy, that's what truly matters in the end.
If there was a real trick for this someone would've made crores selling it by now haha. It's a coin toss yaar, no diet or position changes it. Just hope for healthy, the rest is a sweet surprise on delivery day.
