We just started trying this month and honestly i feel a bit clueless about timing it right. married women here, how did u go about it? any small tips would help.
We just started trying too, so i was reading up on this. Basically timing intercourse around ovulation is the key thing. Im still figuring out my fertile days honestly. Good luck to u na.
Simply put, u need to have intercourse around your fertile days, which is the few days before and on ovulation. For most a 28 day cycle that means roughly day 12 to 16. Track your cycle, eat well, and give it a few months before stressing.
Generally its about timing it with ovulation, but if u have irregular periods like i did with PCOS, finding the right days is trickier. In that case a gynac can help track ovulation with scans. Dont assume the textbook day 14 if your cycle isnt regular.
I used an ovulation tracker app and it really helped me figure out my fertile window. The days right before ovulation are the most important. Some people also use ovulation strips. Made it much easier than guessing.
Dont overthink it beta. Healthy lifestyle, regular intimacy around the middle of your cycle, and patience. It can take a few months for perfectly healthy couples so dont panic early. If a year passes with no luck then see a doctor.
