I keep pressing my lower belly trying to feel something but honestly i dont know what im even feeling for. Im just 5 weeks. Can u actually feel the uterus this early or is it too soon? curious.
Honestly in early weeks you cant really feel the uterus from outside, its still low behind the pubic bone. You might feel mild cramping or a heavy fullness in lower belly, thats normal. Around 12 weeks the doctor can feel it rising above the bone.
Early on its more a sensation than something you touch, like a low pulling or fullness. The actual uterus is still tucked inside the pelvis. Your gynac feels its size during the checkup, dont worry about feeling it yourself.
My mother used to say you will just feel a softness and heaviness below the navel in early months, and she was right. Nothing dramatic to touch. The scan and doctor are the ones who really check it properly.
In my early days i kept pressing my belly trying to feel something lol, but there was nothing obvious. Just a tight, bloated, heavy feeling low down. Did you also feel like mild period type cramps? thats what mine was.
