I know this may sound silly, but we are trying since many months and I keep hoping the kit will show two lines. Is there anything about timing of test that makes the result clearer? I dont want to do it wrong.
I think you mean how to get an accurate result na? Use morning urine and follow the timing on the box. If period is late and still negative maybe just wait 3-4 days and recheck.
Test cant be forced yaar. If its negative and you feel pregnant, wait a few days and test again or do a blood test. Sometimes its just too early to show.

The test detects hCG hormone, so it shows positive only when its there. Best thing if unsure is to confirm with a blood test at the doctor instead of repeating strips.
You cant make it positive, it shows positive only if you are actually pregnant. If you really want to know, take the test with first morning urine, thats when its most accurate.
Just to be clear, a home test only reflects whats real, you cant change it. If you are confused about results pls do a beta hCG blood test through your doctor, its more reliable.
