Lately i get irritated and angry so easily, small small things at home set me off. After that i feel guilty thinking it might affect the baby. Does mood really impact the little one inside? how do you all manage.
Your feelings are valid first of all, pregnancy moods are real. Long term tension can affect sleep and BP more than the anger itself. What helped me was short walks and talking it out instead of bottling it up.
Try to keep your mind calm where you can, a little prayer or music helped me settle down. A momentary anger is human, dont be hard on yourself. Just dont let stress become your daily state.
Getting angry once in a while is completely normal, all of us did. The concern is only if you stay stressed or upset for long periods constantly, that's not great for you. So manage the everyday stress, dont worry about a few outbursts.
I totally understand, the hormones make everything feel so big and you snap easily. Occasional anger wont harm your baby, please dont add guilt on top of it. Just try to breathe, step away, and be kind to yourself, you are doing your best.
Beta a little gussa here and there will not hurt the baby, dont panic about it. Constant stress is what we want to avoid. Rest more, and tell people around you to go easy on you these days.
