These days I cry for small things and then feel guilty that baby may get affected. Hormones are making me very emotional. Did anyone else go through this much mood swing?
Both my pregnancies i cried at random TV ads lol, hormones do that. One off crying is nothing. The thing to watch is long term depression or stress, that needs proper help, not chhupana.
Crying is okay, even good sometimes, it clears the heart. Try to keep yourself surrounded by calm and positivity, baby feels your peace too. If the sadness stays heavy, please reach out to your doctor.
I totally understand, hormones make us cry over tiny things in pregnancy. A normal cry doesnt harm the baby at all, its actually a release. But if you feel sad most days please talk to someone or your doctor, ok?
Crying once in a while is so normal, dont feel guilty about it. What matters is constant stress and sadness over weeks, that you should not carry alone. I had anxiety and speaking to my gynac honestly helped me a lot.
Beta a few tears wont reach the baby and hurt it, our bodies are stronger than we think. Just dont stay in that heavy feeling for long. Light walk, talk to your mom or partner, it lifts the mood na.
