At 4 months a small bump usually starts showing, more like a slightly rounded tummy than a big belly. With my second it popped out faster. You'll likely feel more energetic too as nausea fades.
Yaar at 4 months its actually just a cute small bump for most, some show some dont. I could still wear my normal clothes loosely. Dont compare with others' bellies, har body alag hai na.
