I noticed some light brownish marks today and my period is due in a few days, now im confused whether its spotting or just period coming. Trying not to overthink but its hard. How does it actually look, like colour and amount? anyone?
Light spotting can be normal but because of my past I never ignored any bleeding and always rang my doctor. Please dont hesitate to check if you are unsure, peace of mind is worth it. Take care of yourself.
Implantation spotting is usually light pink or brownish and very little, just a few spots, not a full flow. It stops on its own quickly. But if it turns into proper red bleeding or comes with pain, dont wait, call your gynac.
