Random question but im 5 months and suddenly got curious, how does whatever i eat actually reach the baccha inside? matlab through which route. just wanted to understand it properly.
Beta, tumhare andar jo naal (placenta) hoti hai, ussi se bachhe ko sab khorak milti hai. Jo tum khati ho, uska asar seedha bachhe par padta hai. Isiliye subah bhige badam aur doodh zaroor liya karo.
Basically, the placenta takes all the good stuff from whatever we eat and passes it to the baby! This is my favorite excuse to eat delicious, nutrient-rich meals all day. Baby wants those proteins, so mommy has to eat!
It's a beautiful connection through the umbilical cord. When I had my C-section, seeing that cord made me realize how my body was literally feeding my baby for 9 months. Eat well and give your body time to build those nutrients.
This is so fascinating, right? Even I was reading about it—the umbilical cord basically carries all the food and oxygen from the mother's body to the baby. It makes me realize how important eating healthy is even before we conceive.
It's such an amazing process! The baby gets everything through the placenta and umbilical cord, which connects you to them. My pregnancy app used to show weekly animations of how the nutrients and oxygen flow from whatever I ate.
It's all through the placenta, which acts as a filter and life-support system. Whatever you digest enters your bloodstream, and the placenta transfers those nutrients directly to your baby. So make sure you are eating high-quality proteins and vitamins.
Placenta ke zariye bachhe ko sab khana aur oxygen milta hai jo aap khati ho. Isiliye kehte hain achhi cheezein khao kyunki jo aapke pet me jayega, wahi bachhe tak pahuchega. Junk food band karo.
