How does two weeks pregnancy look like?

I think im only about 2 weeks gone, test just turned faint positive. Honestly i dont feel anything at all and it feels too early to even believe it. What is actually happening inside at this stage?

My app showed at 2 weeks the embryo is basically microscopic, you wont feel or see a thing. The fun visuals start a few weeks in. So dont expect symptoms or a bump this early.

At what doctors call 2 weeks, you are technically around ovulation, conception may have just happened, so there is nothing visible yet. My gynac explained the counting starts from the last period which confuses everyone. A scan only shows something a few weeks later.
