Lately my pee smells stronger than usual and im not sure if its a pregnancy thing or something else. Drinking enough water also. Did anyone notice a change in smell when they were expecting?
Bit stronger smell is normal, mostly its just less water. Drink more water and it improves. But burning while peeing plus smell means UTI, dont ignore that, very common in pregnancy.
Doc told me a slightly stronger smell can happen because of hormones, vitamins and being a little dehydrated. The prenatal tablets specially can make it stronger. But if it smells really foul or there's burning, get a urine test, could be infection.
Yaar actually those iron and multivitamin tablets change the smell a lot, I noticed it instantly. As long as no burning ya pain its nothing to worry about.
I felt mine smelled stronger especially in the first few months. My sense of smell was also super sharp so maybe that added to it. It settled down later for me.
