Im 16 weeks and my bump is slowly showing now. I keep wondering how the uterus actually keeps stretching this much without any problem. Just curious to understand how it works.
Basically your uterus goes from tiny to room-for-rent size haha. One day my jeans fit, next day they declared independence. Totally normal, enjoy the ride yaar.
Its a slow natural process beta, your body knows what to do. The tummy grows gradually trimester by trimester. Just eat well and rest, dont keep googling too much.
I keep feeling these stretching sensations on the sides and got scared. Doc said its the uterus and ligaments growing. Did u all feel that pulling too in 2nd trimester?
My doctor explained it grows from like a small pear size to almost watermelon by the end, its honestly amazing. It expands slowly as baby grows so the slight pulling pain you feel is normal mostly. She said dont worry unless its sharp or constant pain.
