How does white discharge look like during pregnancy?
Im around 6 weeks and noticing more discharge than usual. Not sure kya normal hota hai and kya not, thoda anxious tbh. Can someone describe what is the normal kind?
Haha, welcome to the wet-panties phase! It usually looks like egg whites or thin milk, totally normal unless it starts smelling like bad cheese or causes itching. Keep some panty liners handy or you'll be changing clothes three times a day like I did!
I've read that a thin, mild-smelling white discharge is actually very common and healthy during pregnancy. But if you feel any discomfort or burning, it might be better to ask your doctor just to be safe.
Normal discharge is thin, white or clear, and odorless. But if it changes color to yellow, green, or looks thick like cottage cheese and causes itching, it is a yeast infection. In that case, don't ignore it and go see your gynac for a simple ointment.
I totally understand how scary every little change can feel when u are pregnant, sweetie. Normal discharge is usually thin, milky white, and has almost no smell. If it looks like that, don't worry at all, your body is just protecting your sweet baby from infections!
I just had my baby and had tons of thin white discharge throughout my pregnancy. My doctor told me it's called leukorrhea and it's completely normal due to hormones. Just wear breathable cotton underwear and make sure to tell your doc if it starts itching or smelling weird.
