How early can a doctor detect pregnancy?

Im in my 2ww and going a bit mad with the waiting honestly. Wondering how soon a doctor can actually confirm it if i go to clinic. Is it earlier than home test? Pls share.

Blood test detects it earliest, much before the kit. I tested too early once and got a faint line, so I just got the blood test which was clear.

My doctor said a blood beta hcg can pick it up around 8 to 10 days after conception, even before a missed period. The scan to see the sac usually shows around 5 to 6 weeks.
