I had an ectopic and honestly it can show around 5 to 6 weeks on scan, sometimes by symptoms earlier. If you have one sided sharp pain or bleeding, please go to doctor immediately, dont wait. It needs proper checking.
Dont scare yourself reading too much. Just book your early scan and the doctor will track it properly. But any sharp pain or dizziness, go in same day.
