I have a history that makes my gynac a little cautious so this is on my mind. Test just turned positive and im a bit anxious honestly. How early can it actually be picked up, like is the first scan enough?

My gynac said usually around 5 to 7 weeks they can tell, by checking hcg levels and an ultrasound to see if the sac is in the right place. If hcg rises slowly or nothing shows in the uterus, they investigate further. Its taken seriously so dont delay any scans.
