How early can pregnancy be seen on ultrasound?

Tested positive last week and im just so eager to actually see something on the screen. Dont want to go too early and come back with nothing. When did the sac show up for you all?

I went too early at like 5 weeks and they couldnt see much, I panicked for nothing. Doctor told me to come back in two weeks and then everything was there. So dont stress if the first early scan is unclear.

I'm waiting for my first scan and so curious. So around 6 weeks is when the heartbeat shows? That makes me feel better about not rushing in too soon.

My gynac said the sac can usually be seen around 5 to 6 weeks on a transvaginal scan, and the heartbeat a bit after that, around 6 to 7 weeks. Earlier than that it may not show even if you are pregnant. So she didnt rush my first scan.
