Some women notice increased white discharge quite early, even in the first few weeks, due to rising hormones. Its usually thin and milky. As long as its not itchy or foul smelling, its normal, just use cotton underwear for comfort.
I noticed more discharge pretty early, before I even tested. I wondered if it was a sign. It was milky and odourless for me. Did others also see it that early?
