Had a miscarriage last month at 8 weeks and it broke me, but we really want to try again. Im just not sure how soon is safe to start. Did your doctors ask you to wait a few cycles or could you try right away? Would love some honest experiences.
I totally understand the rush of wanting to try again, the heart aches to fill that space. Take the time your doctor advises and also the time your heart needs. Many women go on to have healthy pregnancies right after, sending you so much love.
My doctor explained that ovulation can return within a couple of weeks, so conception is possible quite early. But she suggested waiting at least one full cycle so dates are easier to track. Every case differs, so your own doctor's advice should be the final word.
I am so sorry if you have been through this, it is so hard. My doctor said physically it can be soon, often after one normal cycle, but she advised waiting till I felt emotionally ready too. Please go gently with yourself and let your gynac guide the timing for your body.
