Blood test is the earliest, around a week to 10 days after conception it can show. Much more reliable than the home strip. If you want an early answer, go for the beta hcg at a lab.

My doctor said the beta hcg blood test can detect pregnancy as early as 8 to 11 days after ovulation, which is earlier than urine kits. Thats why she asked me to do blood when my kit was confusing.
