We've been trying for a while and im really eager to test, but i dont want a false negative because i tested too soon. How many days before or after missing period can the urine test actually be trusted?
I tested right on my missed period day and it was clear. A faint earlier line had confused me before that. So a little patience really paid off for me.
You can take it from the day of your missed period for a reliable result. Some sensitive kits claim a few days earlier but those can mislead. Use the first morning urine for the best accuracy.
I jumped the gun and tested four days early, got a negative and spiralled, then it was positive later. So earlier isn't better, trust me. Waiting for the missed date is so much calmer.
