Im barely 8 weeks and already getting that burning feeling after meals, didnt expect it so soon honestly. Thought heartburn comes later when baby is big. Did anyone else get it this early?
Heartburn can actually start quite early for some, even in the first trimester, thanks to hormonal changes. For others, it hits more in the later months. If it's really bothering you, please discuss it with your gynac. They might suggest some safe remedies or medications.
Heartburn? Oh god, I had it on and off. Kuch logon ko toh shuru se hi ho jaati hai, hormones ki wajah se. Iske liye koi expensive medicines lene ki zaroorat nahi hoti usually, gynac se pooch lo woh kuch simple safe cheezein batayenge. Khane ka dhyan rakho, oily aur spicy kam khao.
Oh, I remember that burning feeling! Mine started around week 12, I think. It was mostly after spicy food or if I ate too much before bed. Small, frequent meals and keeping an antacid chewable handy (after checking with my doc) really helped me get through it.
Yaar, heartburn can hit anytime! Some of my friends had it super early, like first trimester, and some only in the third. It's totally normal, so don't stress too much. Try avoiding really heavy or spicy food, and don't lie down right after eating. That usually helps a bit!
For me, heartburn started pretty early, around 8-10 weeks, and it was quite intense. Since I had other complications, I always reported every symptom to my doctor. If your heartburn is severe or persistent, definitely let your gynac know to rule out anything serious.
Heartburn can definitely start early, some women get it even before they realize they're pregnant! It's due to hormones relaxing the valve between your stomach and esophagus. I had it from about 10 weeks onwards. Try small frequent meals, and avoid spicy food.
