How early in pregnancy does your heart rate increase?

I keep feeling my heart racing even when im just sitting and resting, and im barely 9 weeks. Didnt expect this so soon. Is it normal for the heart rate to go up this early or is it just me being anxious?

I felt my heart racing even in the early weeks and it worried me, but my doctor said its normal as blood volume goes up. It calmed down for me by mid pregnancy. Sharing because i thought something was wrong at first.

Honestly i panicked about my faster heartbeat early on and googled too much, big mistake. My doctor reassured me its a normal pregnancy change. If it really bothers u, just get checked once for peace of mind.

It rises gradually from early on as blood volume increases. Normal, but flag any strong palpitations.

My gynac explained the heart rate gradually rises through pregnancy because the body pumps more blood, starting fairly early on. A mild increase is expected. But if u feel strong palpitations, breathlessness or chest pain, get it checked.
