Sorry might be a silly doubt but people keep asking me how far along are you and i never know how to answer properly. Do they mean weeks or months? new to all this.
Haan it's just asking kitne mahine chal rahe hain na. Like how far along, matlab how many weeks you've completed. You answer in weeks or months, simple.
It simply means how advanced your pregnancy is, in weeks. The doctor counts it from your last period and confirms with the early scan. So you reply with your current week, that's all it means.
I got confused by this phrase too at first. It's basically asking your pregnancy progress, like which week you're in. I just say my week number now. Anyone else found these terms confusing early on?
It just means how many weeks or months pregnant you are. So if someone asks how far along are you, you say like I'm 20 weeks or 5 months. It's counted from your last period date.
