I delivered 2 months back and still looking almost pregnant, so I feel low when I see old clothes. I am breastfeeding also, so dont want to do anything harsh. How much time did your body take to reduce?
Dont rush it yaar. First few months ka weight goes off on its own once baby feeding starts, rest takes time. With both my kids it took me almost a year to feel like myself, and thats totally normal.
Sweetheart, your body just did something huge. Give it grace na. The weight will come down with normal eating and movement, no need to stress in the first few months.
After my c-section I was honestly too scared to even think about weight, the healing took priority. My doc said no exercise till at least 6 weeks and stitches fully ok. Pls dont compare urself to anyone, body needs time.
Breastfeeding actually helped me drop quite a bit slowly without trying. But i was always hungry haha so dont starve, ur milk supply matters more than the scale right now.
Once your gynac gives the green signal, gentle walking and postnatal yoga help a lot. But only after she checks you. Before that please rest, fast weight loss is not the goal.
Realistically there is no fast. Between feeds and no sleep i barely had time for myself. I started with short walks once doc cleared me, slow and steady. Crash dieting just made me tired and cranky.
