Breastfeeding, eating well and gentle activity once cleared all helped me reduce it gradually both times. No crash diets, especially if feeding the baby. Give it time, it does come down.
Please go slow, especially if you had a c-section like me. I only started gentle movement once my doctor cleared me, around six weeks. The tummy takes months to settle, dont rush or compare yourself to anyone.
