Honestly the baby gender is decided by the father chromosome at conception and its completely natural, you cant plan it. All those tips you hear have no real proof. Best to focus on a healthy pregnancy instead.
In olden days people believed many things about this, diet, timing and all. But honestly none of it is proven. I would say just pray for a healthy child, whether girl or boy is gods gift. Dont stress over it.
